At Fajas Colombianas Sale, we want you to feel confident in your shapewear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the garment shows no signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn Faja with all original packaging and tags into a secure shipping mailer along with your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
